5:15 PM SPECIAL MEETING OF TOWN OF MAMARONECK TOWN BOARD
CALL TO ORDER
The Special Meeting of the Town Board was called to order by Town Supervisor Elkind
Eney.
Moved by Councilmember Moss, seconded by Councilmember Regenstreich, the
meeting unanimously opened at 5:13 p.m.

AFFAIRS OF THE TOWN OF MAMARONECK
1. Appointment to the Recreation Commission
Moved by Councilmember Regenstreich, seconded by Councilmember Moss, it was
RESOLVED that Eliot Rosenfield be appointed as Member D of the Recreation
Commission, said term shall expire December 31, 2032.

2. Authorization to Appoint Two Firefighters
Moved by Councilmember King, seconded by Councilmember Nichinsky, it was
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Mamaroneck hereby approves
the appointment of Christopher Oppedisano and Kristopher Leech to the full-
time position of Firefighter in the Town of Mamaroneck Fire Department, each at
an annual salary of$65,835.00, effective March 12, 2026, contingent upon the
satisfactory receipt and approval of all required Westchester County
Department of Human Resources (Civil Service) documentation and any other
necessary authorization to hire.

unanimously adjourned at 5:19 p.m.
