The meeting commenced at 7:15 p.m.
Board Member Toothill assumed the role of Board Chairman in the absence of Chaiman
Jacobson.
NEW BUSINESS
Application #1— 7 Madison Avenue — Innovating Signs — Signage
The public hearing remains open.
Rosanna Bone, the sign contractor, addressed the Board to explain the application.
The applicant is seeking approval for the signs on the right and left side of the building. The
signage design is the same as previously approved by the Board.
Motion: To approve the application
Moved by: Joe Shein seconded by Ken Ricci
Action: Unanimously Approved
MINUTES
Motion: To approve the Draft Minutes from May 2025
Moved by: Chuck Toothill seconded by Joe Shein
Action: Unanimously Approved
After concluding all items on the agenda, the meeting was adjourned at 7:15 pm.
