The meeting commenced at 7:05 p.m.
NEW BUSINESS
Application #1 — 7 Madison Avenue — Innovating Signs — Signage
Motion: To open the public hearing
Moved by: Joseph Shein seconded by Chuck Toothill
Action: Unanimously Approved
Maria Almanzar, the sign contractor, addressed the Board to explain the application. The
applicant is seeking approval for signage on the exterior sides of 7 Madison Avenue.
The Board discussed the request and determined there was insufficient information to proceed
with the review.
The matter is adjourned and the public hearing remains open.
