November 17, 2025

The meeting commenced at 7:01 p.m.
NEW BUSINESS
Motion: To open the public hearing
Moved by: Ken Ricci seconded by Joseph Shein
Action: Unanimously Approved
Application #1 — BAR-25-7 - 7 Madison Avenue - Sign
The application was approved by the Zoning Board on October 22, 2025 on condition that
applicant resubmit to the BAR.
Rosanna Bone, the sign contractor, addressed the Board with the revised application.
Board members discussed the application and determined the signs should match the
previously approved sign on the front of the building with respect to color, font and design.
The signs on the sides of the building shall be 10 feet in length. The height of each sign shall
be scaled proportionately.
