DEPUTY TOWN SUPERVISOR I hereby appoint as Deputy Supervisor of the Town of Mamaroneck who shall serve as such at the pleasure of the Town Supervisor effective January 1, 2026. 2. BUDGET OFFICER I hereby reappoint Meredith S. Robson as Budget Officer effective January 1, 2026, and expiring December 31, 2026. TOWN BOARD APPOINTMENTS& RESOLUTIONS 3. TOWN COMPTROLLER BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby reappoints Tracy Yogman as Town Comptroller of the Town of Mamaroneck for a term effective January 1, 2026, and expiring December 31, 2026. 4. DESIGNATION OF OFFICIAL NEWSPAPERS BE IT RESOLVED, that The Journal News is hereby designated as the official newspaper of the Town of Mamaroneck for the purpose of publishing legal notices during 2026. DESIGNATION OF DEPOSITORIES OF FUNDS BE IT RESOLVED, that the following financial institutions are hereby designated as depositories for funds of the Town of Mamaroneck for the year 2026: New York Cooperative Liquid Assets Securities System (NYCLASS) The Bank of New York Mellon JP Morgan Chase Bank Wilmington Trust 10. DESIGNATION OF BANK SIGNATURES WHEREAS, in accordance with Town Law(Section 29,Article 3), a formal resolution by the Town Board is required to designate officials authorized to execute banking transactions; BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor and the Town Comptroller are authorized to sign or act on behalf of the Town ("Authorized Signers") in connection with the designated bank accounts; dual signature of Authorized Signers are required on all checks from the designated bank accounts; electronic signature of both Authorized Signers may be utilized for check signing; Authorized Signers and the Accounting Supervisor are authorized to transfer funds from said accounts, arrange for electronic funds transfers (EFT) and ACH debits/credits, including direct deposits and vendor payments. At least one of the three signers are required for internal transfers and two of the three are required for external electronic transfers. 11. OFFICIAL UNDERTAKING OF MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS WHEREAS, various sections of Town Law and Public Officers Law require that certain officials execute an Official Undertaking, and WHEREAS, we, the Town Board of the Town of Mamaroneck require the Town Supervisor, Town Clerk,Tax Collector, Town Justices and Town Comptroller to execute an Official Undertaking as required by law. BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town of Mamaroneck does and shall maintain coverage, presently with the New York Municipal Insurance Reciprocal; $1,000,000 limit per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate limit, for the Town Supervisor,Town Clerk, Town Justices and Town Comptroller/Tax Collector, to indemnify against losses through the failure of the Officers, covered thereunder, to faithfully perform their duties or to properly account for all monies or property received by virtue of their positions or employment, and through fraudulent or dishonest acts committed by the Officers covered thereunder, provided that these Officers undertake in writing with the Town of Mamaroneck that the Page 5 of 19 Officers will faithfully perform and discharge the duties of their office, and will promptly account for and pay over all moneys or property received as a Town Officers, in accordance with the law. PLANNING BOARD BE IT RESOLVED that Ira Block be reappointed as Member C of the Planning Board, said term shall expire on December 31, 2030, and BE IT RESOLVED that James Carroll be appointed as Member D of the Planning Board, said term shall expire on December 31, 2026, and BE IT RESOLVED that Ralph Engel shall serve as Chairperson of the Planning Board for the year 2026. 2. BOARD OF ETHICS BE IT RESOLVED, that Theodore Hecht be appointed as Member C of the Board of Ethics, said term shall expire on December 31, 2028, and BE IT RESOLVED, that David Commender be reappointed as Member D of the Board of Ethics, said term shall expire on December 31, 2028, and BE IT RESOLVED that Robert Degen shall serve as the Chairperson of the Board of Ethics for the year 2026. 3. BOARD OF ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BE IT RESOLVED, that Ken Ricci be reappointed as Member C of the Board of Architectural Review, said term shall expire on December 31, 2028, and BE IT RESOLVED, that Joseph Shein be reappointed as Member D of the Board of Architectural Review, said term shall expire on December 31, 2028, and BE IT RESOLVED, that Edward Jacobson shall serve as Chairperson of the Board of Architectural Review for the year 2026. ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS BE IT RESOLVED, that Stephen Marsh will be reappointed as Member E of the Zoning Board of Appeals, said term shall expire on December 31, 2030, and BE IT RESOLVED, that Dan Smith will be reappointed as Alternate A of the Zoning Board of Appeals, said term shall expire on December 31, 2030, and BE IT RESOLVED, that Arthur Wexler shall serve as Chairperson of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the year 2026. 5. SUSTAINABILITY COLLABORATIVE BE IT RESOLVED, that Mark Manley be reappointed as Member D of the Sustainability Collaborative, said term shall expire on December 31, 2028, and BE IT RESOLVED, that Kevin Crowe be reappointed as Member F of the Sustainability Collaborative, said term shall expire on December 31, 2028, and BE IT RESOLVED, that Mark Kramer and Mitch Green shall serve as Co-Chairs of the Sustainability Collaborative for the year 2026. 6. TRAFFIC COMMITTEE BE IT RESOLVED, that liana Beth Bronham be reappointed as Member C of the Traffic Committee, said term shall expire on December 31, 2028, and BE IT RESOLVED, that Doris Shaw Block be reappointed as Member D of the Traffic Committee, said term shall expire on December 31, 2028, and BE IT RESOLVED, that Doris Shaw Block shall serve as the Chairperson of the Traffic Committee for the year 2026. 7.
