Business Agenda
1. Report of Midas Property Management
Chair Mileto reviewed the specialties of each Housing Authority member and wish list
items. Items included a camera system/inter-corn system for the complex and a
possible boiler project. The Housing Authority discussed the scope of a possible
HVAC project.
Mr. Padernacht reviewed the monthly reports with the Housing Authority. The budget
line item is less than budgeted for, due to updates of the units and application. More
applications have been received from Midas Property Management. A new expense is
the recertification process, which has added to the administrative line item. Rents are
being paid on time and there are only small amounts owed. He then reviewed the
small cosmetic improvements to the complex.
Mr. Hughes addressed the Housing Authority and Mr. Padernacht on two issues with
his unit.
The Housing Authority and Mr. Padernacht discussed different line items.
2. Update on Income Recertification Process
Mr. Altieri reviewed the recertification process with the Housing Authority. Finalized

the area closest to the school. The Housing Authority reviewed areas of concern
around the complex.
