The minutes Qf the meetings of April 22nd, Kay 713th,
Grath, l9th were by resolution approved as read by the Clerks
Upon motion, duly made and seconded, it was
FMOLVED, that the regular order of business
be suspended and that those present .wishing
to be heard should be heard,.
Yr. Frank . Lyons presented a request fcr laying On
