The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Burton
at 4:30 P. K_
Present: Supervisor Burton
Justices Boyd, Howell and Leeds
Superintendent of Highways Coles
Counselor Gamble
Town Clerk Sherman
Upon motion, by Clerk Sherman, halter R. Marvin, Jr.,
Clerk-elect, was invited to take the chair as Clerk and record
the minutes of the meeting, for which he thanked Mfr. Sherman.
Upon motion, duly seconded, it was
RESOLVED, that the minutes as printed for
the meetings of November 12th, 27th and Dee-
ember 7th, which have not heretofore been
approved, be and the same hereby are approved,
Justice Leeds not rating for the adoption of
the resolution.
A communication was received from Crandall, Grant. and
Williams, Counselors at Law, of New York City, asking whether
Premium River Road and streets laid out in Pryer Manor are now
part of the highway system of the Town of Mamaroneck, or the
Village of Larchmont.
The matter was referred to Superintendent of Highways
and Counsel.
A communication was received from Howard P. Barnes
Deputy County Engineer asking whether the Town of Mamaroneck had
acquired necessary rights-of-way for County Road No. 67-2 known
as the Palmer Avenue extension.
Upon motion, duly seconded, the matter was referred to
Superintendent of Highways and Counsel for further report,. Super-
visor not voting.
L communication was received from C. W. Moody, president
of Rouken Glen, Inc. , asking whether the streets in the regular
section of Rouken Glen have been accepted by the Toam.
The matter was referred to Superintendent Coles.
A communication was received from A. Sterling Smith in
relation to alleged damage done his property by Contractor excavat-
ing for the new Garden Road in Larchmont Gardens.
The matter was referred to Superintendent Coles.
A communication was received from Mr. John T. Murray of
2 Boston Post Road, New Rochelle, in regard to replacing a broken
sidewalk in front of his property in the Togm of Mamaroneck.
The matter was referred to Superintendent Coles.
Upon motion, the meeting adjourned at 5 F. It.
