The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Burton
at 3:40 r-.K.

A communication was received from Howard P. Barnes,
Acting County Engineer, dated February 14th, transmitting duly
executed copy of form C-104-7,"Request, Certificate and Notice-
to close highway" relating to the closing of the Boston Post
Road during construction operations now under way.
The communication was ordered received and placed on file.
A corinunication was received from the Division of Highway,
State of New York, dated January 29th stating that the District 77ng-
ineer had been notif ied of the action talon by the Town Board on
January 21st, relative to certain traffic lights.
The communication was ordered received and placed on file.
A communication vaas received from Counselor Gamble dated
February 13th advising the Board that the claim. of John C. and
Bernetta Bowman against Petrillo and Bianchi had been settled and that
the claimants had signed a general release. He enclosed copy of a
letter from the Attorneys for Petrillo and Bianchi giving notice
that said release had been signed.
The communication -from Counselor Gamble was ordered received
and placed on file and the communication addressed to him by Toomey
and Toomey was ordered spread up.on the minutes as follows.-

Re : Borman vs. Petrillo & Bianchi
This will acknowledge receipt of your letter of February
5th in Vrhich you set forth the fact that an attorney by the name of
William 17. Barrett of 1860 Broadway has filed a claim with the Tovan
of Mamaroneck on behalf of John C. Boorman and Bernetta Bowman, the
owners of property at the corners of Forest and hurray Avenues,
Mamaroneck, Y.Y. -Ve wish to advise you that this claim has been
settled, and that ore have this day received from John C. Bowman and
Bernetta; Borman through their said attorney, a general release, which
we are forvaarding to Petrillo & Bianchi.
Trusting that the foregoing may answer your inquiry and
that you may be able to report favorably to the To-,,-,n Board thereon..

An estimate was received from the 5'estcheater Joint.
cdater 'Works, 17To. I for the installation of a 14 inch water main
from Fifth Avenue to the south side of County Road 67-2 to be laid
in the trench for the tine Brook gain. The matter was referred
to the Mlion Park Fire Situation Committee.
communication dated -bruary 13th eras. received from
J. B. Clifford suggesting that the Board take action on the
unrestrained use of the la.wtin the rear of the :leaver Street Fire
House for the parking of automobiles.
The communication was referred to the Fire House
Committee, Justices Leeds, Boyd and Hessersmith.
Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board recessed
at 4:30 to meet again on February 18th, at 3 P. Iu.
