The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Burton
at 3.35 Y.1,1.
Present.- Supervisor Burton
.justices Boyd, Collins, I-Tessersmith and Ldeds
Superintendent of Highways Coles
Town Clerk Marvin
The Clerk reported. being served with a copy of a mechanist
lien against Fred Lux for Sewer Contract e106, the plaintiff being
Dandry Brothers of Xe�; Rochelle, in the amount of $5.46.6,3..
The matter was ordered referred to Counsel.
A communication was received from Charles IEacDonald,
County Engineer, dated December 2.4th; in regard to relocating or
reconstructing sidewalks or other similar structures in connection
vrith the Boston Post Road improvement. After discussion, it Eras.
upon motion duly made and seconded unanimously
Rfi'SOLTED, that this letter be referred to
Superintendent. Coles and the Special Committee
heretofore appointed in connection vrith fire
protection in the Dillon Park section, said
committee consisting of Justices ?ems,_ yesser-
smith and Collinsj; and be it further
RESOLVED, that copies of this letter be sent.
to the Sewer Department and the ',eestchester
Joint ';rater 'forks, l<o. 1; and be it further
RESO 'D, that this committee be and it hereby
iz authorized and directed to secure from the
'iTestchester Joint =rater Works, Lo..l, estimate
of the cost of installing a water main to serve
the Ilommo cks.
Superintendent C'ales reported on the recuest of James
W. Clark of 17 Huguenot Drive for the removal of pipe and fire
hydrant, which matter at the meeting of this Board on December
24th eras referred to Supervisor Burton and Superintendent Coles.
He said he wished to be authorized to direct the 'i'estchester Joint
`pater dorks, Yo. 1 to have the hydrant and pipe removed.
Upon motion by the Clerk, seconded by Justice Collins,.
it eras upon roll call unanimously
RESOLVED, that. this matter be referred to
Superintendent Coles with power to authorize
and direct the Westchester Joint ETater ',"iorks,
ilo. l to have the hydrant and pipe in front
of the property of James. E. Clark of 17 Huguenot,
.Drive removed.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board unanimously
resolved to adjourn at 3:50 P.E.
