Bonnie Briar Lane.
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Burton
a t 10 A. If.
Present: Supervisor Burton
Justices Boyd, Collins, Leeds and Yessersmith
Superintendent Coles

The presence .<<as also noted of Counselor Gamble.
A delegation of residents from Vine Road} headed by
Yr. Stewart G. ifeek, addressed the Board in connection with the
approval of the grade on Vinc Road. He explained that 17r. Moody,
tric developer of Vine Road, iculd pave the surface as soon as
the grade had been approved by the Board.
-ngineer A. J. Foote presented a map showing plan and
profile n cthat portion of Vine Road which the residents thereof
desired to have paved.
Superintendent Coles declared he approved of the plan:
and profile provided certain drainage features viere installed by
Yr. Noody..
On motion by Justicc Yesseramita, seconded by the Clerk,
it was unanimously

unpavcd portion of Vine e Road have been presented
to this Board for its approval as to paving
purposes; and
said plan and profile hatVe been approved
by Superint endent Coles, conditionally upon the
installation by C. 7W. Yoody of the two catchbasins
and section of 12 inch R. C. pipe is shosm on said
p1^n and profile; thercforc be it

Station o + o and Station 6. .a o is s-tiafactory to
this Board for paving TDurposcs, provided the
devclo-ocr ::lakes the grade Change as sh0vrn on
accompanying plan and profile and as requested by
Superintendent Coles.
Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board unanimously
resolved to adjourn at 10:30 A. Y.
