The meeting was called toorder by Supervisor Burton at
Present: Supervisor Burton
Justices Collins, Leeds and Yessersmith

The presenceaas also noted of Counselor Gamble and
-,ngineer Foote.
The Clerk reported that he had received a telephone call
in regard to .-reeds along the curb at IT.urray Avenue, including rag—
weed .7,hich threatened to prove hurtful to sufferers -from hay fever.
The ma tier taas ordered referred to Superintendent. Coles.
The Clerk reported that fir. C. B. Lyon, Pbttchester super—
intendent of County Transportation Company had called upon Kira and had
assured him steps had been taken in regard to the riding •qualities
of the Com-oany-ts busses in accordance rrith action -recently taken at
a meeting of this board.
ngineer .Foote presented- plans and specifications for the
improvement of ?ockina-stone and Chatsworth Avenues and said that they
had been approved by Deputy County '"ngineer Barnes as originally
drawn up, save for two or three modifications.
After considerable discussion the Board decided to receive
bids for iter: 18 aparately from the rest and the matter of the
proper lording of contract and specifications to bring about this
result was referred to Counselor Gamble..
Upon motion by the Clerk, seconded by Justice Tiesse-rsmith
it was upon roll call unanimously
RESOLVTD, that tvieplans and specifications for the
improvement of Chatsy,rorth and Rockingstone Avenues
be and they hereby are approved as ordered modified
by this Board; and be it further

this Board at the Toxn office at rrQ Elm Street,.
