held Octobe-r 3rd, 1928.
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Burton
at 10.30 P. M.
Present: Supervisor Burton
Justices Boyd, Howell and Leeds
Town Clerk Sherman.
Counsellor Gamble
Upon motion, duly seconded, it was voted to dispense
with the reading of the minutes of meetings not yet approved.
Mr. Valentine Kraft appeared before the Board requestirg
the extension of gas mains on Palmer Avenue, fronting on his
Property.
The application was ordered noted in the minutes and
referred to the Superintendent of Highways for his report thereon.
A cosxaunicati= from County Engineer, Charles 11ac Donald,
was received and read relating to the paving of the intersections
on heaver Street
The communication was ordered received, placed on file
and referred to the Supervisor.
A conrnunication together with a_ petition was received
and read from the Colonial Park and TTeighborhood Association, re-
questing the installation of gas mains on Sheldrake Avenue, Valley
Place and Hudson Place.
The communication and petition were ordered received and
placed on file and the matter referred. to the Superintendent of
Highways .
The Clerk presented the plans for the improvement and
widening of the Boston Post Road.
The same were ordered received and it was voted that
this. Board meet on October 10th, at 2 P. 11- for the purpose of
considering and discussing said plans.
The Clerk presented an estiTiaate prepared by Superintend-
ent Yordma.nn of the Westchester Joint eater Works, ZTa. 1, covering
house connections on Glenn Road, T.laplewood Street and Valley Road.
era s After due consideration, upon motion, duly seconded, it

RESOLVED, that the Weatches;ter Joint Water Worke,
ZTo. 1, be and it hereby is authorized and request-
ed to install for the Town of L;Iamaroneck, the
necessary house connections on Glenn Road, Maple-
wood Street and Valley Road as indicated on the
Plana prepared by A. J. Foote, Civil Engineer.
Upon motion, the meeting adjourned at 11:x.0 P. 1;°T.
