The greeting was called to order by Supervisor Burton
at 11 P.
Present; Supervisor Burton
Justices Boyd, Howell and Leeds
Superintendent of Highs,rays Coles
Counsellor Gamble
Upon motion, duly seconded, it was voted to dispense
with the reading of the minutes of meetings not yet approved.
In the absence of Town Clerk, Sherman, who was -mray
on vacation, it was, upon motion, duly seconded,
RESOLVED, that Counsellor Gamble act,
as temporary clerk, pro tem of the
meeting.
iir. Foote presented plans, profiles and specifications
for the construction of a storm mater drainage system, from the
Railroad property line, across vacant lands to Thompson Street,
thence up Thompson Street to Hyrtle Avenue, and easterly on
Tyrtle Avenue to the Lester property.
11r. Foote also presented profiles, plans and specific-
ations for the construction of a storm water drain on Boulder
Road, i.;ardon Road and Garden Road.
After discussion and consideration, it was, upon motioh,
duly seconded,
RuSOLIM, that the plans and specifications
of the aforesaid drains, be referred to a
committee, which committee is hereby azthorized
to immediately take up for consideration and
determination of said plans, with the officials
of the 1v.Y. , I.H. , & H. Railroad Company at
slew Haven, the officials of the T estchester
County Park Comriission and the officials of
the Village of Larchmont, and to report back
to this Board at the earliest possible time.
The Supervisor thereupon appointed the following connnittee:

The question of changing the name of Vine Street to
Station Plaza was considered by the Board and upon motion, duly
seconded, it was
R7-SOLM. , that Counsel be and he hereby is
-- authorized and empowered to take proper
action to change the street name of Tune
Street to Station_ Plaza.
Upon motion, the meeting adjourned at midnight.
