Town of Hamaronecz
held September 2, 1924.
The meeting was called to order by Justice Boyd at 4:00
PRESENT: Justices Boyd, Collins, SHAF9P%.
Assessors Fish, Murray, Mulcahy,
Town Clerk Sherman.
The clergy. stated that the meeting was called pursuant to
sections 7 and 26, Chapter 232 of the laws of 1904, together with
Chapter 599 of the laws of 1920, being a joint meeting of the Town
Board and the Board of Assessors of the town of Mamaroneck to compile,
select, make and verify the grand and trial jury lists for the year
of 19250
A motion duly seconded, it was voted that the call of the
meeting be approved®
Upon motion duly seconded it was voted that the Board proceed_
to make up the jury lists in accordance with the lawr
The Board thereupon proceeded pursuant to the resolution®
Upon motion the meeting aElou-rned at 5 P.H.
