Present: Supervisor Burton Justices Boyd, Collins, Howell and Leeds Superintendent of Highlrrays Loles Town Clerk Sherman Counsellor Gamble Upon motion, it was voted to dispense with the reading of the minutes of meetings not yet approved. A comnmur_ication from the i'6estchsster Lighting Com-p-my 1!,ras received and read referrin& to a resolution adorted by the Joint Town Board at its meeting held November 10, 1926, covering the installation of fourteen. 4.00 C. P. Lamps, and also advising the dis- continuance on ',,;larch 9, 1027 of one 250 C. P. Lamp on Chatsworth and one 100 C. P. Larnp on Myrtle Ave. The communicaticn :eras ordered placed on file and the matter referred to the Superintendent of Highways, who wu-s =_uthorized and empowered to make the necessary installation and discontinuance of the street li-hts a.s outlined in the letter of the Westchester Lighting Company on file. 'A communication from. the Association of the Woods of Larch: opt was received and read calling attention to the absence of street lights an the Corner of Chatsworth Avenue and Fern Road, and on Fern Road rf. i ra.y between Chatsworth Avenue and Valley Road. The communication was ordered placed on file and the matter referred to the Superintendent of Highways with power. A communication from; Mr. R. C. Heather ",,as received and read requesting the furnishing of a top dressing or finishing of Heather Lane. The communication was ordered placedon file and the matte'r referred to the Superintendent of High:rays. The Clerk presented e.n agreement from Mr. C. t7. Moody in relation to the takin• over of certain streets in Rouken Glen. The agreement was ordered placed on file and the matter laid over for future consideration. A communication from Mr. Charles Mac Donald, County Engine-r, together with drawings of a proposed bridge on Rockland Avenue, ras received and -presented to the Town Boerd. After studying the plans and discussing the same, the smatter was referred to the Superintendent of I?igh rays, Upon motion, the meeting adjourned at 9:55 P. M. To��n Cler k
