The meeting -uas called to order by Supervisor
Burton at 8.30 P.M.

The follov—Ing were present. Messrs. Taylor and
Rielmeyer rperesenting the County Transportation Compan,-,?-,
inc., 16r. IS3C�aestion representing the Westchester Street
Transportation Company",Inc. and Yz. Iyon.
The Supervisor stated that the meeting had been
called in accordance with the re*olution of the Town
Board heretofore adopted for the Uripose of considering
WbLat action the Board 'Would takey!) on the applicatione
of the County Transportation Company,Inc. and/or the
Ne7 York and Stamford- Railway Com",any to operate buses
upon certain streets v;-ithin the Tome of Mamaroneck and/or
to oubstitute buses for street cars upon certain lines
of the Nevi York and Stamford R .-Livjay Company. (2) on the
application of the Westchester Street Transportation
Company,lnc. for the consent to the substitution of the
operation of buses or motor vehic-lea in place of cars
upon the tracks of the Weztchezter Street Transportation
Coxpany,lnc. a Public Hearing the:?eon having beer. held
on Tamar:;: 26th, 1927.
The representatives of the rezpe.cti-Te petitioners
were heard in favor of said petition and also discu5aed
the same generally with the Board, including the question
of transfer priTf-
iege-- and rezoning of the -7\7e-Fq York and
Stamford Raillv'ay company. Mr. Lyon also discussed the
granting of same.
The Supervisor stated that he believed the Board.
should further consider the petitions jointly at a later
date, and upon motion :iuly seconded, it -,vas

of the granting of the petitions heard
at this meeting under advisement and
endeavor to determine Txhat action the
Board TY511 take thereon at a later
meeting of the Boara.
There being no further business, on motion the
meeting adjourned at 10 P.M.
