The meeting was called to order by Supefvisor
Burton at 4.15 P.M.
PRESENT: Supervisor Burton

Upon motion -it vias voted to dispense with the
reading of minutes of meetings not yet approved,

The Clerk brought to the attention of the Board
the matter of completing the drain from Orchard Road in
Darc�=ont Gardens in accordance mith the easenjert for a
right-of-way heretofore granted to the Town.
After discussion and -upon the recommendation
of the Su -
seconded perintendent., of Iligh-ways, it, was upon motion duly
RESOLVED, that the matter of the ccz-
struction of a drain from Orchard Road
be and the same hereby is referred to
the Supervisor and the Supe-rintendent,

their discretion.
The Commit tee heretofore author-ized t-- look into
the matter of purchasing addjtljonal� ztreet eIgns presented
their report and after diswulssion and upon the reco=aen-
daticn of the Suoerintendent of Highly ys and upon nxtion
duly seconded., it was
RESOLVED, that the Committee be anid it
hereby is authorized in their discretion
to purchase the necessary street signs
for the various streets throughout the
town at a price of not to emceed $9.00.
per sign.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned at 5.15 P,M.
