The meeting was called to order by Supervisor
Burton at 3 P.Hr.
PRESEET: Supervisor Burton
Justices Boyd,Gollins and Shafer
Superintendent of Hightivays Coles
Torn Glerli Sher-aan.
The minutes of the meeting; of Pecexaber 9th and
16th,1925, were read and upon motion. approved.
The Superintendent of Highways presented his
estimate for hi&h-ay purroses for thL year 1926, and after
discussion and due consideration., it Y�;as upon motion duly
seconded ar_d uron Roll Call
RCISOLMI'B ,that the followir_g amou4ts in
their respective items be allowed:
Item No. 1 L_ 27,500.00
Item No. 2 1,500.00
Item No. 3 2,000.00
Item No. 4 9,500.00
After the adoption of the foregoing estimate and
ap roval by the Torni Board, the Board, then proceeded to
sign the necessary forms furnished by the County Superin-
tendent of HigrWays.
Town Clerk Sherman called the attention of the
Board to the fact that the terms of office of both Justie.,
Shafer and Justice Eudley will expire on the 31st inst. and
that this is the last meeting which Justice Shafer attends
as a member of this Board.
Touvr_ Clerk Sheraan thereupon offered for adoption
the following; resolution:
HZSO=—, that we note with regret, that the
terms of office of Justice Shafer and Justice
Dudley are about to expire and that after
December 31, 1925, this Board will be deprived
of their intelligent and active assistar_ce
and cooperation in the administs•ation of the
affairs of this Town, and be it further
DSO;ILt-�D, that the Supervisor appoint a
G;o=aittee of three to draft suitable resolut-
ions and _present the same at a future meeting
of this Board.
Upon a. vote being taken the above resolutions were
declared unanimously adopted.
The chair appointed Justice Boyd, 11r. Sherman and
Mr. Gagliardi to act as a committee pursuant to the resolution
just adopted.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned at 4 P.M.
