The meeting was called to order by Supervisor
Burton at 30:30 o'clock P.M.

A communication from the New Rochelle Realty
Company was received and read requesting the installat-
ion of street lights in Rochelle Road, France Place and
Huguenot Drive, subdivision 2 of Larchmont Hills, the
aforementioned streets being the property west of
Chatsworth Avenue.
The comriunication was ordered placed on file
and the matter was referred to Superintendent of Highways.
A communication from the Association of the
Woods of Larchmont was received and read pertaining to
the erection of street signs and sign posts.
Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent
of Highways it was upon motion duly seconded
RESOLVED, that the Westchester Light-
ing Company be and it hereby is re-
quested, required and directed to
install street lights in the follow-
ing places:
2 lights on Harmony Drive, pole 2 and pole 4.
Alden 'Roa.d, corner of Harmony Drive, set one pole and one
light.
Alden Road, one light.
Copley Road, two lights, pole 3 and pole 4.
Premium liver Road, one light an pole 3.
The Superintendent of Highways brought to the
attention of the Town Board the danger of school children
crossing the NewYork,New Haven & Hartford Railroad tracks
at the new Larchmont Gardens station, going to and from
school, and recommended that some action should be taken
by this Board requesting the New York, New Hagen & Hartford
Railroad Company to erect a subway at said station in order
that the school children may be able to cross the railroad
in safety.
Upon, motion duly seconded, it was
VOTED, that the Clerk be directed to
write the New York, New Haven &
Hartford. Railroad Company, advising
them of the conditions at the new
Larchmont Gardens station, and
requesting that a subway be built
under ground for the accommodation
Of the school children going and
coming from school.
Upon motion, the meeting adjourned at 11.15
o e clock P.M.
