In the absence of Supervisor Burton, the meeting
was called to order by justice Boyd at 5:330 o'clock B.V.
PRESUITT: Justices Boy_ ., Collins and Shafer
Superintendent of Highvva,ys Coles
Town Clerk Sherman
Counsellor Gamble
Upon motion it was voted to dispense with the
reading of the minutes of meetings not yet approved.
A communication from the Larchmont Knolls Asso-
ciation together with a petition ' as received and read,,
asking for improvod streets, svj' ers, ';ua,t r and street
lights. A dalegation of residents Was also present ask-
ing relief from the Town Beard for the conditions of
that section of the Town.
They were informed that the water had already
hear_ ordered in by -cesolution of theTown Board, which
rdscluti on w.a,s forwarded to the Nei, York Inter-Urban
Water Company; and that certain strut lights had been
ordered in by resolutions of the Tczn Board, ti.,hich ro-
solutions were sent to the Westchester Lighting Company;
and that the severs would be laid as soon as legal ccn-
ditions could be met. They were also informed that the
condition of the streets was due entirely to the neglect
of the Harimo Corporation in complying with an agreement
which said Company had made with the Town Board, relat-
ing to the opening of Caerleon Avenu° leading into HotiTell
Park.
Alter s. full discussion of the matter with those
present and after due consideration it was upon motion
duly seconded
RESOLV=, that the me.tter, to-
gether with the petition, be
referred to Counsellor Gamble
to take up with 1r. Kooncy of
the Ha.rimo Corporation.
