The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Burton at
P.M.
PRESENT Supervisor Burton,
Justices Boyd and Dudley,
Town Clerk Sherman.
Upon motion it was voted to dispense with the reading of
minutes not yet approved.
Justice Collins offered for adoption the following reso-
lution: be it
RESOLVEF, that the Supervisor be and he
hereby is atithorized and empowered to trans-
fer from the Tools and Machinery Fund of
the Highway Account to the Snow and Mis-
cellaneous Fund of the same Account, the
sun of $267.51.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned at 11.30 P.M.
