TOWN OF MAMARONECK
held January 17th, 1923.
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor
Burton at 9 P.M.
PRESENT: Supervisor Burton
Justices Boyd, Shafer,
Supt. of Highways Anthes,
Town Clerk Sherman.
Upon motion it was voted to dispense with the
reading of the minutes of meetings not yet approved.
A communication from Mr. R. C. Heather was re-
ceived and read, requesting the installation of an electric
street light in Garden Road. The matter was referred to the
Superintendent of Highways.
The Superintendent of Highways brought up the
matter of purchasing a tractor for the removal of snow and
upon his recommendation, it was
RESOLVED that the Supervisor be and he
hereby is authorized and empowered to
purchase a Fordson Tractor at a sum not
to exceed $929.00.
question being taken upon the foregoing resolution
the same was upon ROLL CALL unanimously adopted.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned at 9.20 P.M.
