TOWN OF MAMARONECK,
held, May 3rd, 1922.
The meeting was oalled to order by Supervisor Burton
at 9.30 P.M.
PRESENT: Supervisor Burton,
Justices Boyd, Collins, Dudley and Shafer,
Supt. of Highways Anthes,
Town Clerk Sherman,
Counsellor Gamble.
The minutes of the meetings of April 5th and April 19th
1922 were read and upon motion approved.
Supt. of Highways Anthes submitted his report for the
month of April, 1922 which was received, read, ordered placed
on file and is as follows:
April 30th, 1922.
To the Honorable Town Board
Town of Mamaroneck, N.Y.
Gentlemen:
I herewith respectfully submit my report as Supt. of
Highways for work performed in the department for the period
extending from April 1st to April 30th, 1922 as follows:
Patched Fenimore Road with tarvia and blue stone.
Patched Murray Avenue with tarvia and blue stone.
Patched Weaver Street with tarvia and blue stone.
Repaired bridge on Rockland Avenue.
Repaired catch basins on Weaver Street with flagstone.
Repairing Rockland Avenue with cinders and stone.
Received from the Barrett Co. one tank of K.P. patch.
Received from Frank Ottman 368 cu. yds of cinders and
from W. F. Palmer 100 cu. yds stone.

A delegation from Palmer Avenue was present and inquired
as to what progress is being made with the laying of the proposed
sidewalk on said street. They were informed by the Board that the
matter is receiving attention and that favorable action will be
taken shortly.
A communication and blue print was received from Mr.
H. M. Williams of Edgewood Terrace and presented to the Board.
Same was ordered received and placed on file.
A communication from the Village of Larchmont was
received and read in relation to the break in the water main
on Murray Avenue caused by a blast of the contractor laying
the sewers for the Town. The matter was referred to the Sewer
Commissioners and the Clerk was instructed to so notify the
officials of the Village of Larchmont.
Upon motion, the meeting adjourned at 10.40 P.M.
