Meeting of the Joint Town Board,
TOWN OF MAMARONECK,
held, November 10th, 1921.
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Burton
at 8.15 P.M.
PRESENT: Supervisor Burton,
Justices, Boyd, Collins Dudley and Shafer,
Supt. of Highways Anthes,
Town Clerk Sherman.
Upon motion, it was voted to dispense with the
reading of minutes of meeting not yet approved.
The Town Superintendent of Highways estimate for highway
purposes for the year 1922 was considered and upon Mr. Anthes'
recommendation it was
RESOLVED, that the following sums be
allowed and approved for each pros-
pective item:
Item #1 allowance $14,000.00
Item #3 allowance $ 750.00
Item #4 allowance $ 4,750.00
The question being taken upon the foregoing resolution,
same was upon ROLL CALL, unanimously adopted.
The Board thereupon proceeded to execute the estimate of
the Supt. of Highways for highways purposes, hereto approved and
adopted.
Upon motion, the meeting adjourned at 9.30 P.M.
