TOWN OF MAMARONECK
Held November 4th, 1920.
The meeting was called to order by SuLperviso:r Burton
at 8.30 P.M.
PEFSENT: Supervisor Burton,
Justices, Boyd, Collins and Dudley,
Supt. of Highways Anthes,
Deputy Clerk Sherman.
Upon motion, the reading of minutes of previous meet-
ings not yet approved were dispensed with.
Upon motion, it was voted , that the
Supt. of Highways prepare a detailed
list of necessary repairs and re-
placements for fences along the
Highways and to procure bids for
such replacements and repairs, said
bids to be submitted to this Board
at its next Joint Town Board Meeting.
Upon motion, it was Voted, that the
Town Board meet on Saturday November
13th, 1920 at 3.00 P.M. at Larchmont
Bridge for the purpose of inspecting
certain roads in Larchmont Gardens
as per petition of the Larchmant Gar-
dens Co, to have said streets taken
over as Town Highways.
The Town Superintendent's of Highways estimate for
highway, purposes for the year 1921 was considered and upon Mr. Anthes
recommendation it was
VOTED, that the following sums be allowed
and approved for each prospective item:
ITEM #1 Allowance $12,000.00
ITEM #3 Allowance 500.00
ITEM #4 Allowance 1,500.00
The question was ta sn upon the foregoing resolution was
adopted by the following vote.
AYES: Messrs. Burton, Boyd, Collins, Dudley, Anthes & Sherman
Nayes: None.
The Board thereupon proceeded to ecexute the estimate of the
Superintendent of Highways for highway purposes, hereto approved and
adopted
On motion, the meeting adjourned at 11.00 P.M.
