Board, Town of Mamaroneck, held
October 22, 1919.
The meeting was called to order by Justice Boyd
at 9:15 P. M.
In the absence of Supervisor Burton, Justice
Boyd, upon motion, acted as Chairman of the meeting.
PRESENT: Justices Boyd, Collins, Dudley
and Shafer

Superintendent of Highways Aickey,
Ralph A. Gamble, Counsel.
Upon motion duly seconded, it was
VOTED, that the reading of minutes of pre-
vious meetings not yet approved be dispensed
with.
The Chairman stated that the meeting was called to
consider and approve the plans for the Forest Avenue Bridge
in Colonial Park, as prepared by County Superintendent
McDonald.
Upon motion duly seconded, it was
VOTED, that the plans and specifications
as prepared and presented to this meeting
by ounty Superintendent McDonald for the
construction of the Bridge on Forest Avenue
be and the same hereby are approved.
Upon motion duly seconded, it was
VOTED, that the Motor Vehicle Fees Supple-
ment Sheet to the Agreement dated October
16, 1919, under Section #105 of the High-
way Law - the statement of Moneys Allotment
of September 8th, 1919 in the sum of $2847.56
be approved.
Upon motion,the meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
