held Februaru 24th, 1919.
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Burton
at 8:55 P.M.
The Clerk reported the following present: Supervisor
Burton, Justices Collins, Boyd, Dudley and Shafer, Superin-
tendent Hickey, Town Clerk Fairchild, and Ralph A. Gamble,
Counsel.
Upon motion it was RESOLVED that the reading of the
minutes of previous meetings not yet approved be dispensed
with.
The Board approved the Highway Agreement for the year
1919, as presented and reccomended by Superintendent of
Highways, Hickey.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned at 9:20 P.M.
Town Clerk.
