meeting held February 10th, 1919 at 10:40 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Burton
at 10:40 P.M.
The Clerk reported the following present: Supervisor
Burton, Justices Collins, Boyd, Dudley, Shafer, Superintend-
end of Highways Hickey, Town Clerk Fairchild, Ralph A. Gamble,
Counsel.
The minutes of the meeting of February 4th, 1919, were
read and upon motion approved.
Mr. Austen of Brockway Truck Company of Cortlandt,
N.Y., appeared before the Board and presented a proposition
to the Board regarding the rental or purchase of a Truck for
use in connection with Highway work.
A communication from Eugene F. McKinley, Esq., was
presented by the Supervisor, which was ordered filed.
The Board then discussed at length the New York and
Stamford Railroad fare situation and the various questions
that would be raised in the meeting with President Miller on
February 11th in connection with the request of said Railroad
for approval of its proposed Zoning Plan.
Upon motion the meeting adjouned at 12 P.M.
