HomeMy WebLinkAbout1918_10_08 Town Board Minutes (2) Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Mamaroneck held October 8th, 1918 at 9:10 P.M. Present: Supervisor G.W. Burton, Justices, Collins, Boyd, Dudley, Shafer, John C. Fairchild, Town Clerk, Counselor Gamble. On motion the reading of the minutes of previous meetings not yet approved, was dispensed with. The Supervisor stated that the meeting was called for the purpose of appointing Election Officials for the State Election to be held on November 5th, 1918. Upon motion duly made , seconded and carried it was RESOLVED that the Board proceed to appoint proper Inspectors of Election, Poll Clerks and Ballot Clerks to serve as election offi- cials for the State Election to be held November 5th, 1918. After due deliberation, and upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, Inspectors, Poll Clerks and Ballot Clerks to serve as election officials were duly appointed as follows: INSPECTORS POLL CLERKS BALLOT CLERKS 1st Dist.
