Meeting of the Town Board and the Board of Assessors of
the Town of Mamaroneck held September 3rd, 1918, at 8:30 P.M.
Supervisor Burton called the meeting to order, and stated
that the meeting was called pursuant to Section 7 and 26 of Chapter
232 of the Laws of 1904 as amended of the State of New York.
The clerk reported the following present: Supervisor Burton,
Justices, Collins, Boyd, Dudley and Shafer, J.C. Fairchild, Town
Clerk, Assessors Mandeville, O'Connor and Maddock, and Ralph A. Gamble,
Counsel.
Supervisor Burton stated that the meeting having been duly
organized, it would proceed to compile in accordance with the law,
Grand, Petty and Trial Jury Lists, for the year 1919.
On motion of Justice Dudley, seconded by Mr. Maddock, it was
RESOLVED, that the Town Board and Board Assessors proceed
to make up the Grand, Petty and Trial Juror lists for the year 1919.
The Boards proceeded pursuant to the resolution.
On motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting re-
cessed at 10 P.M. to meet on Monday, September 9th, 1918.
