Minutes of a Meeting of the Joint Town Board
held August 17th, 1918.
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Burton.
The Clerk reported the following present: Supervisor
Burton, Justices, Collins, Boyd, Dudley and Shafer; John C. Hickey
Superintendent of Highways, J.C. Fairchild, Town Clerk.
The Supervisor stated that the meeting was called for
the purpose of inspecting the roads throughout the Town, and it
was, upon motion of Justice Dudley, seconded by Justice Boyd
RESOLVED that the Joint Town Board do now make its
annual inspecting the roads throughout the Town, and it
was, upon moton of Jusrice Dudley, seconded by Justice Boyd
On motion that the meeting adjourned for the purpose of making
the said inspection.
