A local law in relation to the alternative veterans' exemption
from real property taxation.
Be it enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Mamaroneck
as follows;

Section 1. The purpose of this law is to provide that no
exemption from zeal property taxes shall be granted
pursuant to Section 458-a of the Steal, Property Tax
Law of the State of New York.
Section 2. Pursuant to the provisions of subdivision 4 of
section 458-a of the Peal Property Tax Law of the
State of New York, no exemption from real property
taxes shall be granted pursuant to section 458-a of
the Steal Property Tax Law for purposes of real
property levied for the Town of Mamaroneck.
Section 3. This local law shall. take effect immediately
upon its filing with the Secretary of State.
