This local law shall be known and cited as Town of Mamaroneck Local Law No. 1 of 1984, '.'Fire Limits". Section 2. Legislative Intent. It is the intention of the Town Board of the Town of Mamaroneck by this local law to instiCute Fire Limits within the Town providing for limitations on construction materials to be used within certain districts as provided for in the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code. Section 3. Designation of Fire Limits. All construction within the Unincorporated Town of Mamaroneck in areas designated as Zoning Districts "B" (Business) and "L I" (Light Industrial) shall be in accordance with Fire Limits "A" as defined in the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code, and no construction can take place in Zoning Districts "B" (Business) and "L I't (Light Industrial) unless and until a building permit has been issued by the Building Inspector of the Town of Mamaroneck and he has found that the proposed construction will be in full compliance with Fire Limits "A", as provided by the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code.
