This Local Law shall be known as the Interim Development Law
Section 1. PURPOSE:
Purpose of this local law is to amend Local Law No. 6--1985, entitled
Interim Developement Law, Section 8 to extend the date of the moratorium.
Section 8 EFFECTIVE DATE
This local law shall take effect immediately and shall remain in force
until September 1, 1986.
