BE IN ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Mamaroneck as follows: Section I. 88-6 ( A) of the Code of the Town of Mamaroneck,'i.s hereby amended to read as follows: A. Any person proposing to conduct or cause to be conducted regulated activity upon any controlled area shall file fifteen (15) copies of an application, maps and other supported data required by this Local Law with the [Town Clerk] Building Ins e� ctor. 2. Section 88-6 (B) of the Code of the Town of Mamaroneck is hereby amended to read as follows: B. Upon receipt of said application, the [Town Clerk] Building Inspector shall cause one (1) copy Co be filed with the Office of the Clerk and notice of such application, with a copy of the application supportive data, to be mailed to all local governments where the proposed activity or any part of it, is located, including the County of Westchester. All additional copies will be immediately transmitted to the Secretary of the Planning Board for processing. 3. This Local Law shall take effect immediately. All matter within brackets is deleted.
