1. Purpose
The purpose of this local law is to regulate the hours of parking on Murray,
Avenue so as to allow for x egular street cleaning.
2. Prohibitions
A. Parking shall be prohibited on the northeast side of Murray
Avenue between Myrtle Boulevard and Leafy Lane on Tuesdays from
9:00 AM to 12 Noon.
B. Parking shall be prohibited on the southwest side of Murray
Avenue between Myrtle Boulevard and Leafy Lane on Thursdays from
9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
3. Severability
Should any provision of this local law be declared illegal or unconstitutional
by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination of illegality or
unconstitutionally shall not effect any other provision of this local law.
4. Effective date
This local law shall become effective immediately.
