This Local Law shall be known as " No Parking at Winged Foot
Drive anti Dundee Road" .
Section 1. Purpose:
The purpose of this local law is to regulate parking at Dundee
Road and Winged Foot Drive.
Section 2 . Parking Prohibited:
Parking shall hereafter be prohibited at the following locations:
a) On the East side of Winged Foot Drive beginning at its
intersection with Dundee Road for a distance of fifty-five (55)
feet North along the East side of Winged Foot Drive,
b) On the Northeast side of Dundee Road beginning at its
intersection with Winged Foot Drive for a distance of thirty (30)
feet East along the North side of Dundee Road,
c) On the West side of Winged Foot Drive beginning at a stop
sign located at its intersection with Rockland Avenue for a
distance of one hundred ten (110) feet North/Northwesterly along
the West side of Winged Foot Drive,
d) On the East side of Winged Foot Drive beginning at its
intersection with Rockland Avenue for a distance of one hundred
fifteen (115) feet Northeast along the East side of Winged Foot
Drive to its intersection with Dundee Road and then continuing a
distance of one hundred fifteen (115) feet East along the South
side of Dundee Road.
Section 3 . Signs to be Erected:
Appropriate signs shall be erected designating the areas
described in section 2 . as "No Parking" areas.
Section 4 . Effective Date:
This local law shall take effect immediately.
