This Local. Law shall be known as "No Left Turn".
Se tion 1. Purpose:
T e purpose of this Local law is to provide for restriction of traffic flow
at 1340 Boston Post Road in accordance with site plan approval granted by
t Ile Town of Mamaroneck Planning Board and the request of the owner as
pr vided under Vehicle and Traffic Law Section 1660 (a) .
S ction 2. Left Turn Prohibited:
There shall be no left turn out of the parking lot located at 1340 Boston Post
Road onto Boston Post Road-.
Sdction 3. Si ns to be Erected;
A propriate signs shall be erected designating the area described in
Action 2. as a• "No Left Turn" area.
S ction 4. Effective .Date:.
T is local law shall take effect immediately.
