This Local Law shall be known as " Parking on Palmer Avenue,
Carleon Avenue and Hawthorne Road" .
Section 1. Purpose:
The purpose of this local law is to regulate parking in the
vicinity of Palmer Avenue between the Larchmont Village Line and
Weaver Street.
Section 2 . Parking Regulations:
a) Parking shall be prohibited on the south side of Palmer
Avenue from the corner of Carleon Avenue to a point thirty (30)
feet east of Carleon Avenue.
b) Parking shall be limited to three (3) hours between 9 : 00
a.m. and 5: 00 p.m. Monday through Friday on both sides of Palmer
Avenue from the border of the Village of Larchmont east to its
ntersection with Weaver Street.
c Parkin shall be limited to three 3 hours Parking ( ) between 9 : 00
a.m. and 5: 00 p.m. Monday through Friday on both sides of Carleon
Avenue from its intersection with Palmer Avenue south to its
intersection with Howell Avenue.
d) Parking shall be limited to three (3) hours between 9: 00
a.m. and 5: 00 p.m. Monday through Friday on both sides of
Hawthorne Road from its intersection with Palmer Avenue south to
its intersection with Howell Avenue.
Section 3 . Signs to be Erected:
; Appropriate signs shall be erected designating the areas
; described in section 2 .
Section 4 . Effective Date:
This local law shall take effect immediately.
