This Local Law shall be known as "No Parking Palmer Avenue".
Section 1. Purpose:
The purpose of this Local Law is to regulate parking on the east side of Palmer
Avenue commencing at a point forty (40) feet southeast of its intersection with
Elkan Road.
Section 2. Parking Prohibited:
Parking shall hereafter be prohibited at the following location:
a) On the east side of Palmer Avenue commencing at a point forty (40)
feet southeast of its intersection with Elkan Road extending to the corner
of Elkan Road.
Section 3. Signs to be Erected:
Appropriate signs shall be erected on Palmer Avenue designating the area
described in Section 2. as a "No Parking" area.
Section 4. Severability
Jhould any provision of this Local Law be declared illegal or unconstitutional
by a court of competent jurisdiction, to the extent that the other provisions

f this Local Law can be implemented without such illegal or unconstitutional
provision, such other provisions shall remain in effect.
Section 5. Effective Date:
This Local Law shall take effect immediately.
