This Local Law shall be known as "Amendment to Local Law No. 3-1995,Amendment
to Zoning
Ordinance Establishing Regulations for Celllular Telephone Facilities"
Section 1. Purpose:
The purpose of these regulations is to clarify the provisions of the recently enacted
Local Law
No. 3-1995,which established regulations for the placement of cellular telephone
facilities in the
Town of Mamaroneck.
Section 2. Amendment:
Section 89-19.1 (g) of the Town of Mamaroneck Zoning Ordinance shall be amended
to read as
follows: (g) Inspection - Towers shall be inspected annually for structural integrity
and
continued compliance with the thresholds in subparagraph 89-19.1 (e) by a licensed
professional
engineer.A copy of the inspection report shall be submitted to the Town Building
Inspector
including repairs made.
Section 3. Severability:
IShould any provision of this.Local Law be declared illegal or unconstitutional by a
court of
competent jurisdiction, to the extent that the other provisions of this Local Law can
be
implemented without such illegal or unconstitutional provision, such other
provisions shall
remain in effect.
Section 4. Effective Date:
This Local Law shall take effect immediately.
