THE FOLLOWING LOCAL LAW WAS ADOPTED BY THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF
MAMARONECK BY RESOLUTION ON OCTOBER 4, 2000.
LOCAL LAW NO. 19-2000
This Local Law shall be known as a “No Turn on Red From Myrtle Boulevard onto Weaver Street.”
Section l. Purpose:
To prevent turns on red from Myrtle Boulevard onto Weaver Street.
Section 2. Sign to be Erected:
A “No Turn on Red” sign to be erected on Myrtle Boulevard at the intersection of Weaver Street.
Section 3. Severability:
Should any provision of this Local Law be declared illegal or unconstitutional by a court of competent
jurisdiction, to the extent that the other provisions of this Local Law can be implemented without such illegal or
unconstitutional provision such other provisions shall remain in effect.
Section 4. Effective Date:
This Local Law shall take effect upon filing with the Secretary of State.
