THE FOLLOWING LOCAL LAW WAS ADOPTED BY THE TOWN
BOARD OF THE TOWN OF MAMARONECK BY RESOLUTION
AUGUST 23, 2000.
LOCAL LAW 12 - 2000
This Local Law shall be known as “Additional Parking Space on Richbell
Road.”
Section l. Intent:
To provide one additional parking space on Richbell Road near the corner of
Palmer Avenue on the South side of Richbell Road.
Section 2. Sign to be Erected:
An appropriate sign is to be erected in the vicinity of said parking space.
Section 3. Severability:
Should any provision of this Local Law be declared invalid or
unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration of
unconstitutionality or invalidity shall not affect any other provisions of this
Local Law which may be implemented without the invalid or unconstitutional
provision.
Section 4. Effective Date:
This Local Law shall take effect upon filing with the Secretary of State.
