This Local Law shall be known as "Stop Intersection - Edgewood Avenue and Weaver
Street.
Section 1 - Purpose:
To regulate the traffic on Edgewood Avenue by placing a Stop Sign on Edgewood
Avenue where it intersects with Weaver Street.
Section 2 - Regulation of Traffic on Edgewood Avenue:
Vehicles shall be required to come to a Full Stop on Edgewood Avenue where it intersects
with Weaver Street.
Section 3 - Sign to be Erected:
Appropriate signs shall be erected at the corner of Edgewood Avenue where it intersects
with Weaver Street.
Section 4 - Severability:
Should any provision of this Local Law be declared invalid or unconstitutional by any
court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration of unconstitutionality or invalidity shall
not affect any other provisions of the Local Law which my be implemented without the
invalid or unconstitutional provision.
Section 5 - Effective Date:
This Local Law shall take effect immediately.
