This Local Law shall be know as "Stop Intersection- Gate House Lane and Old White Plains Road."
Section 1 -Purpose:
To regulate the traffic on Gate House Lane by placing a stop sign on Gate House Lane where it intersects
with Old White Plains Road.
Section 2 - Regulation of Traffic on Gate House Lane
Vehicles shall be required to come to a full stop on Gate House Lane where it intersects with Old White
Plains Road.
Section 3 - Sims to be Erected:
Appropriate signs shall be erected at the corner of Gate House Lane where it intersects with Old White
Plains Road.
Section 4 - Severability:
Should any provision of this Local Law be declared invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent
jurisdiction, such declaration of unconstitutionality or invalidity shall not affect any other provisions of the
Local Law which may be implemented without the invalid or unconstitutional provision.
Section 5 - Effective Date.
This Local Law shall take effect immediately.
