This Local Law Shall be known as"Parking Regulations Leafy Lane."
Section 1. Purpose:
The Purpose of this Local Law is to regulate parking on Leafy Lane in
accordance with the recommendations of the Town of Mamaroneck Traffic
Committee.
Section 2.Regulations:
a. There shall be no parking on the north side of Leafy Lane for a distance
of eighty two feet from its intersection with Murray Avenue.
b.There shall be no parking on the south side of Leafy Lane for a distance
of sixty four feet from its intersection with Murray Avenue.
Section 3.Signs to Be Erected:
Signs shall be erected in the appropriate locations reading"No Parking
Here To Comer" in order to implement the provisions of section 2 of this local
law,
Section 4. Severability:
Should any provision of this local law be declared invalid by a court of competent
jurisdiction such declaration of invalidity shall not effect any other provision of
this local law which may otherwise be given effect.
Section S. Effective Date:
This local law shall become effective immediately.
