This Local Law shall be known as "Four Way Stop Intersection - Mountain Avenue and
Rockingstone Avenue".
Section 1. Purpose:
To regulate the traffic traveling on Mountain Avenue.
Section 2. Regulation of Traffic on Mountain Avenue:
Vehicles shall be required to come to a full stop at the southeast and northwest corners
of Mountain Avenue at the intersection with Rockingstone Avenue.
Section 3. Signs to be Erected:
Appropriate signs shall be erected on the southeast and northwest corners of Mountain
Avenue at the intersection of Rockingstone Avenue as provided in Section 2.
Section 4. Severability:
Should any provision of the Local Law be declared invalid or unconstitutional by any
court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration of unconstitutionality or invalidity shall
not affect any other provisions of this Local Law which may be implemented without the
invalid or unconstitutional provision.
Section 5. Effective Date:
This Local Law shall take effect immediately.
