BOARD OF THE TOWN OF MAMARONECK HELD ON
AUGUST 6, 2007 AT 7:15 PM IN THE VILLAGE OF
LARCHMONT, TRUSTEES' ROOM, LARCHMONT, NEW
YORK.
TOWN OF MAMARONECK OFFICIALS PRESENT:
Deputy Supervisor Phyllis Wittner
Councilman Ernest C. Odierna
Councilwoman Nancy Seligson
Councilman David J. Fishman

VILLAGE OF LARCHMONT OFFICIALS PRESENT:
Mayor Elizabeth N. Feld
Trustee Marlene Kolbert

Village Attorney James Staudt
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Feld and Deputy Supervisor Wittner at
7:OO13M. It was noted that Supervisor O'Keeffe was on vacation and Deputy
Supervisor Wittner would act on her behalf.
The Mamaroneck Town Board was invited by the Village of Larchmont to attend
their regularly scheduled work session on August 6, 2007. Additionally present,
and invited by Mayor Feld, were representatives from various athletic
associations, representatives from the Flint Park Conservancy, representatives
from Matthews & Nielson Landscape Design and Anthony Catalano, Consultant to
the Village Board.
The Boards discussed the Flint Park Athletic Field Project as well as other aspects
of the Flint Park Renovation Project. In order to provide enough space for the field
to be constructed an Inter Municipal Agreement (IMA) must be drafted.
Also discussed was the leaf transfer station at the back of Flint Park, currently
being used by the Village of Larchmont. Discussion ensued regarding joint use of
the leaf transfer site, as well as the fact that if the Town leaf transfer site continues
at its present location, there will be a shortage of parking for attendees at the new
field.
On motion duly made and seconded the meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM.
