Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the April 25, 2022 meeting were approved as submitted.
Referrals
1. 767 Forest Avenue Residential Site Plan and Wetlands and
Watercourses
Steven Saputo and Greg Lewis presented the updated proposal to
reconstruct the single-family home at 767 Forest Avenue. The property is
located within the 100-foot buffer of the Sheldrake River and the applicants are
seeking both Residential Site Plan approval and a Wetlands & Watercourses
permit from the Planning Board. They had attended the CZMC meeting in
April, where they were asked to provide additional information on stormwater,
add tree protection and provide an updated landscaping plan and are now
returning with this information.
As proposed, a series of Cultec chambers will be installed in the rear yard to
capture stormwater runoff from the property. Tree protection is to be located
around the trees at the rear of the yard and around the large street tree on Forest
Avenue. Several trees will be removed from the property that are located in
areas of construction and grading. The landscape plan shows three new trees
and native plantings.
CZMC found the proposed action to be consistent with the policies in the
Local Waterfront Revitalization Program.
